Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide end-of-life care for pets in families' homes across Florida. Choose from 5-day, 4-day, or 2–3 day schedules with self-managed options, and enjoy a generous compensation package with quarterly bonuses.

You will practice on the road with strong mentorship and a focus on work–life balance, while receiving comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• No fixed clinic schedule; enjoy flexible planning.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care to pets in their homes.
• Discuss and support families during difficult moments with empathy and clarity.
• Practice independently on the road with mentorship and team support.
