C&S Vending Company is hiring a full-time Vending Service Technician for the MN Twin Cities metro area. You will drive a company vehicle, service vending machines, micro-markets, and coffee units, and perform repairs with hands-on maintenance and diagnostics.

This role emphasizes customer service and safe operation of tools. The position offers a competitive salary in the $55k–$65k range, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years driving experience preferred with a clean driving record.
• 21+ years old.
• Mechanical experience with vending machines or coffee units preferred; repair experience required.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics and refrigeration; ability to use mechanical equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs; capable of performing all physical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, communication, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations and service vending machines and coffee units.
• Repair and maintain micro-markets, coolers, and automated vending equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions; perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Use hand and power tools to repair parts and ensure high machine functionality.
