Job summary

Manheim is seeking Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspectors across Level 1, Level 2, and Senior roles to perform on-site inspections for dealer clients within an assigned territory. Inspectors document condition accurately and timely following Manheim standards, supporting marketplace transparency and inventory flow.

Responsibilities include inspecting exterior, interior, and basic mechanicals, engaging with dealer clients to grow participation, and using Salesforce for reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical).
• 0-1 Years Of Automotive-related Experience Preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles safely on dealer client lots; verify VINs, mileage, options and enter data.
• Inspect interior and exterior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce.com for reporting and lead management.
• Maintain safety and compliance with Manheim inspection standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
