Job summary

Manheim Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspector role with Cox Automotive offers on-site and remote work flexibility. Inspectors perform detailed vehicle condition assessments, document findings, and maintain strong dealer relationships across a defined territory.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with day shifts. Salary is hourly with tiered levels and potential monthly incentives based on inspection volume; first

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 years of automotive-related experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

Conduct basic vehicle inspections and document condition per Manheim inspection standards.
Move and inspect vehicles safely on dealer lots and verify VINs, mileage, and options.
Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce for reporting.
Build relationships with dealer clients and educate on Manheim marketplace and mobile services.
Maintain safety and compliance with inspection standards and company policies.
