Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring Mobile Inspectors to perform on‑site vehicle inspections for dealer clients within an assigned territory. Positions are remote with an in‑person site requirement in Woodland Hills/ Thousand Oaks area and a hybrid work option.

Multiple levels available with pay ranges per hour and monthly incentives based on production volume. Reimbursement for business use of a personal vehicle; benefits include guaranteed incentives in initial months and ongoing performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical).
• 0–1 years of automotive‑related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Document vehicle condition and data accurately in inspection systems.
• Build strong relationships with dealer clients and educate them on inspection services.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce.com for reporting.
