Cox Automotive, via the Manheim Mobile Inspections team, is hiring Mobile Inspectors at Level 1, Level 2, and Senior levels in the United States. The role focuses on on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients within an assigned territory, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and client engagement.

Positions offer tiered hourly pay and monthly incentives based on inspection volume, plus guaranteed incentives during the initial months.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical).
• 0-1 years of automotive-related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.

Mansioni

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document condition in inspection systems.
• Safely move and handle vehicles on dealer lots.
• Accurately document vehicle condition and data in inspection systems.
• Develop working knowledge of inspection standards and client expectations.
• Independently conduct detailed and complex vehicle inspections.
• Build strong working relationships with dealer clients.
• Utilize data and insights to expand inspection volume and efficiency.
• Support onboarding and development of less experienced Mobile Inspectors.
