Job summary

All-Stat Portable is seeking a Vascular Access Nurse (RN) to join its Mobile Vascular Team in Michigan. You will specialize in PICC, Midline, and PIV insertions with ultrasound guidance, serving skilled nursing facilities and private residences.

This PRN role offers flexibility, a company vehicle, and performance-based bonuses, with opportunities to advance into full-time or leadership as the Milwaukee footprint expands.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License is required.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience with PICC, Midline, PIV insertion, and declotting.
• Experience with ultrasound-guided insertion is highly preferred.
• Previous SNF or Long-Term Care experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procedure: Independently assess, insert, and maintain PICC lines, Midlines, and PIVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Clinical Maintenance: Perform line declotting and routine care to ensure patient safety and device longevity.
• Expert Consultation: Note and carry out physician orders while coordinating care needs with facility healthcare teams.
• Mobile Workflow: Travel to region-based facilities in a provided company vehicle, managing your daily caseload with a high degree of independence.
