Job summary

All-Stat Portable is seeking a Vascular Access Nurse (RN) to join our Michigan mobile vascular team in Midland. You will deliver ultrasound-guided PICC, Midline, and PIV services directly at skilled nursing facilities and private residences, operating with clinical autonomy and a patient-first focus.

You will travel regionally in a company vehicle, perform line insertions and maintenance, and coordinate care with facility teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Michigan RN license.
• At least 1 year of recent vascular insertion experience (PICC/Midline/PIV).
• Experience with ultrasound-guided insertion preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; SNF/LTC exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procedure: Independently assess, insert, and maintain PICC lines, Midlines, and PIVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Clinical Maintenance: Perform line declotting and routine care to ensure patient safety and device longevity.
• Expert Consultation: Note and carry out physician orders while coordinating care with facility teams.
• Mobile Workflow: Travel to region facilities in a company vehicle, managing daily caseload independently.
