Gilder Search Group is seeking experienced Vascular Access / PICC Nurses to join our mobile team covering the Port Charlotte to Venice corridor. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering autonomy, flexible workload, and uncapped earning potential.

Average earnings reach $90,000–$100,000 annually, with top performers earning $150,000+ depending on case volume. Ideal candidates have 100 PICC insertions, FL RN license, and PICC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 100 verifiable PICC line insertions.
• Active, unrestricted Florida RN License.
• PICC Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular access services with focus on first-stick success.
• Perform PICC line insertions in various healthcare settings.
• Work independently as the on-site vascular access expert.
• Collaborate with facility healthcare teams.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory based on case demand.
