United Site Services seeks an experienced Utility Technician to operate various vehicle classes (pumper, P&D, fence, container) in support of our service operations in Oakland, CA. The role includes pre/post-shift inspections, routine reporting, and coordination with dispatch.

You will service portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks, and related equipment across multiple sites, maintaining safety standards and accurate logs. Leadership duties on fence installations may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Mansioni

• Inspect vehicles daily before and after shifts and report deficiencies.
• Report improper operation or faulty equipment to Operations Manager.
• Operate service truck to/from pre-designated work sites per routing information.
• Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks, showers, and other units at various sites per guidelines.
• Notify management of issues on back-up routes assigned.
• Maintain radio/telephone contact with dispatch for updates.
• Maintain truck logs per state and federal regulations.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Operate flat bed trucks for delivery/pick-up of units and containers.
• Update tickets with delivery/pick-up details.
• Operate fence trucks for delivery/pick-up of fence materials and conduct fence installation when leading a crew.
• Operate tanker/transfer trucks and complete required paperwork.
• Take on special projects as assigned by management.
