Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers seeks a Mobile Medical Unit Driver to transport patients to medical appointments across CRCHC locations. You will operate multi-passenger vehicles, perform safety checks, and ensure paperwork like trip logs and fuel receipts are completed daily.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years' experience driving large vehicles, a valid license, reliable transportation, and adherence to PPE and clinic protocols.

The Mobile Medical Unit Driver drives all Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, Inc. (CRCHC) vehicles to
and from remote locations for patient services. The driver will participate as an integral member of the team. Ensures that all vehicles are in good driving condition to assure safety and continuity of operations. Remains compliant with all CRCHC mobile health units' policies/procedures and serve in the role of set up and breakdown of all equipment at clinic sites and/or traffic control.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of experience in operating large truck/RV/School Bus.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver license with appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
Physical ability to perform the duties as specified in the job description.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize appropriate technique for donning and doffing PPE and appropriate hand washing techniques.
Maintain knowledge of and follow infection control protocols.
Dispose of all waste materials (biohazard and regular trash) following mobile clinics.
Practice safety precautions related to OSHA regulations.
Follow all policies and procedures related to the center.
Must pass a drug test prior to employment and be willing to take a random drug test at all times
Be neat and presentable to the public.
Have an excellent driving record.
Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
All other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.

Works in a typical office/clinical environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasionally outside environment when working the testing site and keeping grounds.

Employee is required to be aware of and in compliance with CRCHC, state and federal OSHA regulations as they pertain to these factors, and others typical of a clinical setting.
