UK King's Daughters in Ashland, KY seeks a Part-time Mobile Unit Driver to operate and maintain our mobile health unit. You will assist the healthcare team during clinic sessions, support outreach efforts, and help coordinate mobile health events on-site at 2000 Ashland Drive.

The role requires a High School diploma and 2–3 years in a healthcare setting, plus a valid CDL Class B (Class A preferred). Regular light-to-moderate lifting and community engagement are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare/clinical setting or related field preferred.
• Active CDL (Class B) is required; Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the Mobile Health Unit daily.
• Ensure vehicle safety and readiness for scheduled operations.
• Assist the healthcare team during clinic sessions to support service delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling and organization of Mobile Health events.
• Assist with staffing and organizing community health events.
• Ensures the Mobile Unit is serviced as required and maintains maintenance logs.
• Cross-trains to assist with screenings, registration, and other clinical or non-clinical duties.
• Maintains Mobile Health Unit stock and uses supplies cost-consciously while demonstrating accountability for property and equipment.
• Assists with staffing and organizing community health events and takes a leadership role in addressing community health needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Ensures vehicle safety and readiness for scheduled operations. Assists the healthcare team during clinic sessions to support efficient service delivery. Coordinates scheduling and organization of Mobile Health events.
