Job summary

BioTech X-ray, Inc. is seeking a Staff Ultrasound Technologist to perform portable ultrasound and Doppler exams across a broad territory, traveling to facilities and patient residences as required.

You will operate equipment, ensure image quality, and communicate results to physicians. The role requires ARDMS/RVT and abdominal certifications, state licensure where required, and the ability to work independently while delivering compassionate patient care under BioTech X-ray's Patient-First

Qualifications

• Must hold ARDMS certification and RVT and abdominal certification.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Additional specialty ultrasound certifications are a plus.
• Experience performing vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Experience with portable ultrasound.
• Experience providing services in long-term care or mobile imaging environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform portable diagnostic ultrasound and Doppler examinations as assigned.
• Position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Travel safely to multiple facilities, nursing homes, and patient residences.
• Upload ultrasound images into PACS promptly after exams.
• Communicate with interpreting physicians to facilitate timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records of services performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional interactions.
