• Sharp eye for usability, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI design work across user flows, layout, and visual hierarchy to judge if it serves the user.
• Identify failures under polish: clumsy flows, weak hierarchy, accessibility issues a mockup hides.
• Write strong critiques with design rationale when models fall short.
