Job summary

Yarmouth Comprehensive Treatment Center, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks a Driver for its Mobile Treatment Unit in South Yarmouth, MA. The role focuses on safe operation of the mobile unit and supporting treatment access for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include vehicle checks, assisting patients, operating wheelchair lifts, and maintaining accurate logs. A clean driving record and willingness to work early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record with no points.
• Comfortable in opioid treatment recovery environment.
• Experience in SUD can be helpful but not required.
• Adheres to traffic policies with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile unit to destinations as scheduled and on time.
• Assist patients entering and exiting the vehicle; operate wheelchair lifts when needed.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report issues in writing.
• Maintain logs and conduct routine maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with staff and report incidents or delays to supervisors.
