FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician II to handle preventative maintenance and diagnostic work on Class 7 and 8 trailers. You will diagnose, repair, and replace components, including brakes and suspension, in a shop and on service calls as needed.
The role requires 3+ years’ trailer repair experience, reefer know-how, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid license is required; CDL is preferred. High school diploma or GED plus welding credentials are a plus.

The Mobile Trailer Technician II is expected to have mastered all applications of Preventative Maintenance and to perform basic and advanced adjustments, repairs and component replacements with limited supervision on Class 7 and 8 trailers. Additionally, will perform basic diagnostic operations in order to successfully diagnose trailer system failures and suggest accurate system repairs. This technician will also work in the shop between service calls. They may also be asked to participate in the after-hour on-call rotation for the location, if needed.
High school diploma or GED
Vocational and/or Welding certificate/degree is a plus, but not required.
Thermo King or Carrier reefer certifications preferred
3 + years of experience with repairing class 7 & 8 trailers
