Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of trailer or heavy equipment maintenance/repair experience.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools and standard shop practices.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain trailer systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
  • Perform DOT inspections ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Accurately document work performed, parts used, hours, and vehicle condition.
  • Operate and maintain service truck in a safe, efficient manner.
  • Communicate repair status and parts needs with Service Manager and team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per company policies.
