JOB SUMMARY
Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician II for an on-site role. This position does not involve emergency roadside repairs. The technician will perform certified DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, light repairs, and other duties such as working on aluminum and chem-lite, trailer brakes, air lines, auxiliary pumps, engines, liftgates, brake chambers, welding, fabrication, and body/frame replacement. Work is performed at customer sites. The role involves assisting senior technicians and developing advanced mechanical skills, adhering to company policies and performance metrics.
