Quality Truck Care Center, Inc. is recruiting a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic at our De Pere, WI location. You will perform DOT and preventative maintenance inspections on trailers, diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical, and suspension systems, and weld/fabricate components in a clean, modern shop.

Qualifications

DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on trailers.
Experience in diagnosing brake, air, electrical, and suspension systems.
Proficient welding and fabrication of steel and aluminum components.
Accurate completion of service documentation and work orders.

Responsibilities

Perform DOT and PM inspections on trailers.
Repair or replace worn parts, including brakes and suspension.
Weld and fabricate trailer components as needed.
Complete work orders and service documentation accurately.

Position Summary:

Correctly perform DOT & PM Inspections on trailers. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, including brakes, air system, electrical system and suspension components. Perform welding and fabrication repairs. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
Handle on-site service calls when needed
