Quality Truck Care Center, Inc. in De Pere, WI, seeks a Trailer Technician to perform DOT and PM inspections, diagnose and repair brakes, air, electrical, and suspension systems, and weld/fabricate trailer components.

Position Summary

Correctly perform DOT & PM Inspections on trailers. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, including brakes, air system, electrical system and suspension components. Perform welding and fabrication repairs. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer repair preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on tasks safely
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work
