The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure or certification, experience with autism and developmental disabilities, and a commitment to patient-centered, empathetic treatment while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor.
• Proven experience with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health concerns.
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and behavioral health modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients with autism, developmental disabilities, and other mental health concerns in homes and schools.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA team, medical professionals, and school staff.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver behavioral health interventions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
