An Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Mobile Therapist provides individual, caregiver, and family therapy, assists with development and revisions of the Individual Resiliency Plan, crisis stabilization, and addresses challenges faced by the child/youth, caregiver, and family.

Requirements for IBHS Mobile Therapist

• Master’s degree from an accredited college, university, or foreign equivalent in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.
• At least one year of full-time experience providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Minimum of nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Degree accreditation must be recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, or evaluated by a credential evaluation service if foreign.
