Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States to drive mobile test automation, cloud validation, and end-to-end SDLC execution. You will document requirements, guide design decisions, and contribute to coding, testing, and production support across iOS and Android platforms.

The role requires hands-on automation with Appium, UiAutomator2, and XCUITest, plus experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and AI tooling. A Bachelor’s degree is required and relocation/travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in mobile test automation using Appium and cross-platform testing.
• Experience with iOS and Android automation and profiling.
• Experience with Appium Inspector, UiAutomator2, XCUITest, and cloud platform validation (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business requirements.
• Facilitate design discussions and document design decisions for development teams.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
