Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Refer products and services and build relationships to meet customer needs.
• Manage risk by complying with applicable regulations and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
