Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Teller for multiple locations, including Bear, Elkton, and surrounding markets. You will handle teller transactions, promote bank products, and help customers achieve their financial goals while upholding bank policies.

Travel between market centers is required; scheduling aligns with branch hours. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred. A full-time role, non-exempt, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 6 to 12 months customer service experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center; foster relationship-building conversations to meet customer needs.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policy and procedure; identify and mitigate loss.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers.
