Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and we pay you within 24 hours after each lesson, with local client matches and flexible travel.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans while ensuring student safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
