Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Driver's License.
• Must have a Private Investigator license and mobile surveillance experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain Auto Insurance with 100/300/100 coverage limits before employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred.
• Traveling is required for part-time/full-time.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Observing and conducting surveillance 8-10 hours per day.
• Weekend work may be required for surveillance subjects.
• Strong verbal and written communication, integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Follow established protocols for surveillance operations in compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain a discreet presence while observing subjects and daily actions.
• Document and report findings, incidents, and observations promptly.
• Operate surveillance equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports within 48 hours after surveillance.
• Participate in training and professional development.
