Job summary

Marshall Investigative Group (MIG) seeks self-motivated Surveillance Agents to conduct stationary/mobile surveillance nationwide. Responsibilities include documenting and reporting findings within 48 hours, using surveillance equipment, and maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, PI license or equivalent, ability to work 8-10 hours, travel, strong observation and communication skills, and a high school diploma; degree in Criminal Justice or Security

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Driver's License.
• Private Investigator (PI) License and mobile surveillance experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain Auto Insurance with 100/300/100 coverage before employment.
• Personal Computer with MS Word required.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail for long-duration surveillance.
• Weekend work is required as needed for surveillance subjects.
• Traveling is required for Full-Time Employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow established protocols for surveillance operations in compliance with legal requirements.
• Document and report findings, incidents, and observations promptly.
• Conduct mobile surveillance using various monitoring equipment and cameras.
• Operate surveillance technology and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports within 48 hours of surveillance completion.
