Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Paramedic to provide emergency care and transport within a high-volume 911 system. You will participate in delivering advanced stroke treatments via a Mobile Stroke Unit, collaborating with clinicians and maintaining readiness of EMS vehicles and equipment.

Requirements include Georgia Paramedic certification, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and current BLS & ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Georgia Paramedic certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable MVR.
• Current American Heart Association-Healthcare Provider Card for Basic Life Support (BLS) & ACLS.

Responsabilités

• Provide emergency medical care and transportation to patients.
• Deliver advanced stroke treatments directly to patients via Mobile Stroke Unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to administer stroke treatments and ensure rapid patient stabilization.
• Maintain readiness and condition of EMS vehicles and equipment for urgent response.
