Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and refurbishment on mobile storage equipment per procedures.
• Execute repetitive repairs: door/lock adjustments, minor hardware, caulking, sealing, paint touch-ups.
• Complete general maintenance tasks: filter replacement, cleaning, prep.
• Follow checklists for all repair activities and document work orders.
• Escalate non-standard issues or complex diagnostics to senior staff.
