Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Mobile Staging Clerk to stock and maintain supplies for mobile blood drives. You will pack and stage all supplies, organize t-shirts for drives and centers, and perform minor equipment repairs as needed.

Responsibilities include inventory replenishment, QC checks, and occasional deliveries to drives. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• CDL license preferred where applicable.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication with donors, staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain inventory for mobile staging.
• Stage supplies and minor equipment for daily drives.
• Organize t-shirts for drives and centers.
• Restock supplies on mobile units and replenish daily.
• Perform QC checks on supplies prior to staff use.
• Assist with warehouse, courier duties and vehicle cleaning.
