Citi in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst to drive large-scale development programs and mentor engineering teams. You will lead design reviews, apply NGA patterns, and ensure adherence to CTO guidelines across platforms.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 6–10 years in Apps Development or Enterprise Architecture, with expertise in Java, Swift, Kotlin and modern cloud tools such as AWS, PCF and Akamai.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant Apps Development or Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Expertise across NGA technology and design patterns.
• Experience leading resources and guiding SDE teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive large-scale software development efforts.
• Lead design reviews for NGA and POR projects and mentor teams.
• Collaborate with TPMs and engineering managers to manage risks and schedules.
• Provide architectural guidance aligned with CTO guidelines and platform.
