Job Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-person real estate closings and notarize closing documents.
2. Assist in processing files for closing and post-closing of real estate and mortgage transactions.

Minimum Functions

1. Process, review for completeness, and organize closing files.
2. Schedule closings, review documents, and ensure file accuracy.
3. Prepare and submit loan documents, deposits, disbursement, recording, and commission packages.
4. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Abilities

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Hold a Notary Public Commission in your state.
• Meet performance and behavior expectations set by the company.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
• Demonstrate necessary behavioral and technical skills.
• Follow company policies, including confidentiality, punctuality, and safety practices.

Job Requirements

Computer, Internet, and home office setup. Existing Notaries should provide a background check and E&O insurance.

Compensation

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
