Qualifications

• Experience with commercial and heavy-duty tire service including mounting/dismounting.
• Willingness to perform both shop and on-site service work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Minimum age 18 years and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairs.
• Conduct mobile service calls as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities.
• Support the Service Manager with assigned repair tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
