Role Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Shop Assistant to operate across our Finglas and Dundalk stores, with occasional coverage of other stores within a specific geographical area. Candidates should reside near Finglas or Dundalk and be willing to travel at short notice. The role is suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Your Mission

As a shop assistant, you will deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable service to our customers. Your focus will be on increasing shop sales, promoting our products and services, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will be part of a team that takes pride in their store, collaborates well, and enjoys their work.

Responsibilities

1. Build effective customer relationships through value-added selling.
2. Identify sales opportunities and provide advice and solutions on our extensive product range.
3. Achieve monthly sales and margin targets.
4. Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment.
5. Manage stock levels effectively.
6. Conduct telesales calls to new and existing customers.
7. Ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
8. Remain security conscious at all times.

Skills and Requirements

1. Experience in sales with a strong desire to succeed.
2. Full, reliable car and valid driving license.
3. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
4. Willingness to work hard and learn.
5. Strong communication skills and a helpful nature.
6. Reliability, honesty, enthusiasm, and friendliness.
7. Flexibility to travel and work across multiple locations within a short notice.
8. Background in construction, tools, automotive, or retail is preferred but not essential.
