Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to combine hands-on hose work with customer interactions across diverse industries. You will be the trusted service expert when equipment is down and will work to meet customer needs in the field.

This role blends technical problem solving with relationship-building, offering growth through identifying new service opportunities and expanding the territory. A strong independent work ethic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure safety and function.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate quotations for large-scale projects.
• Submit data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Our Mobile Sales and Service Technicians are equipped with high-quality tools and equipment, allowing our technicians to provide the best possible onsite customer service.

When you're not turning wrenches and replacing hoses, you will play a key role in supporting your customers and their needs by meeting with them face-to-face. Building strong relationships and trust by providing in-depth hose solutions is the key to being successful in this position. Prospecting as well as identifying new customers and expanding service opportunities are vital functions of this position and can create unlimited potential and growth.

This position blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction. It is the ideal position for problem solvers and out-of-the-box thinkers. Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for a minimum of three years
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Minimum Age requirements
  • 19 years old for non-DOT operators
  • 21 years old for DOT vehicle operators
