Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to perform hands-on hose work and trusted service at customer sites in Columbus, OH. You will solve problems, build relationships, and expand service opportunities across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for 3+ years.
• No DUI charges or convictions in past 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Willingness to learn and professional customer relations.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections for function and safety.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business in territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide quotes for large-scale projects.
• Submit data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Our Mobile Sales and Service Technicians are equipped with high-quality tools and equipment, allowing our technicians to provide the best possible onsite customer service.

When you're not turning wrenches and replacing hoses, you will play a key role in supporting your customers and their needs by meeting with them face-to-face. Building strong relationships and trust by providing in-depth hose solutions is the key to being successful in this position. Prospecting as well as identifying new customers and expanding service opportunities are vital functions of this position and can create unlimited potential and growth.

This position blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction. It is the ideal position for problem solvers and out-of-the-box thinkers.
