Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is hiring a Tire Service Technician to respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. You will mount, balance, and repair tires of all types, diagnose tire issues, and perform light mechanical tasks as needed.

You will inspect tires and wheels, conduct fleet inspections, and operate TPMS while maintaining the vehicle and tools in safe condition. A CDL is preferred but not required, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
