Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking a mobile service technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles at client sites. The role requires hands-on auto expertise, travel to customer locations, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, communicating estimates and timelines clearly. The position offers full-time hours, PTO/holidays, and opportunities for training, advancement, and benefits through Ciocca Automotive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required
• ASE Certification preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including filters, engine diagnostics, recalls, and minor services at the customer's location.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
