+ Can you work efficiently & independently with minimal direct supervision?
+ Do you like to troubleshoot basic electrical & plumbing issues?
+ Can you solve maintenance problems & perform various simple repairs?
+ Do you have a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, other trades, and related building codes and practices?
+ Are you skilled with using and maintaining basic trade tools and equipment?
+ Have you used basic math to prepare diagrams, work drawings, and work order paperwork?
+ Have you demonstrated good communication skills, in-person customer service, and basic computer and email skills?
+ Are you able to climb ladders and meet work-related physical requirements?
