Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Plymouth, IN is seeking a tire service technician to respond to roadside and on-site service calls, mount and repair tires, and diagnose tire-related issues. You will inspect tires, operate TPMS, and perform fleet inspections while maintaining the service truck and equipment.

Responsibilities include adhering to DOT regulations, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with warehouse duties when not on calls. Opportunities for overtime and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Overtime may be required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
