Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is hiring a Tire Service Technician in Indiana to respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck.

You will mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires, diagnose tire issues, inspect wear and inflation, and perform light mechanical repairs as needed. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without assistance.
• Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.

• Overtime maybe required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
