A reputable automotive service provider seeks a reliable Mobile Service Advisor to manage off-site vehicle service appointments. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience. With strong customer interaction, this position requires a customer-first attitude and effective communication skills to promote dealership services and maintain client relationships.
We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing off-site vehicle service appointments for our mobile service unit. You’ll serve as the key point of contact between the customer and technician, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service experience whether at the customer’s home, business, or fleet location.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all mobile service customers
Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments efficiently
Conduct walkarounds and vehicle intake at the customer’s location when necessary
Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, estimates, and next steps
Document customer concerns, review work orders, and obtain approvals for additional services
Ensure proper follow-up after services are completed
Assist with mobile service van inventory management and preparation
Work closely with technicians and the fixed ops team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Promote dealership services and build lasting relationships with mobile service clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
Familiarity with dealership DMS or CRM systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service
