Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower, LLC is seeking motivated Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to deliver on-site hydraulic hose service, inspect equipment, and resolve issues quickly for customers across diverse industries. You will build hose assemblies, replace components, and support customers face-to-face while expanding service opportunities in your territory.

A strong mechanical aptitude, customer focus, and self-motivation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No DUI in past three years; max two moving violations in three years.
• Minimum age 19 for non-DOT and 21 for DOT operators.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in field service.
• Experience with troubleshooting and on-site repairs.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site.
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections for proper function and safety.
• Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory.
• Maintain and document service data for invoicing and records.
• Protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles.
