Job summary

FleetPride is hiring a Mobile Service Diesel Technician in Agawam, MA to perform on-site heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs using a company-provided service truck. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no weekends or on-call, and enjoy weekly pay plus monthly bonuses.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain at customer sites, communicating repair progress with customers and management. Great opportunity to advance with FleetPride Tech University and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel truck/trailer repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical, brakes, suspension, drivetrains, cooling systems, and aftertreatment.
• Preventative maintenance and DOT inspection experience.
• Basic A/C diagnostic and repair experience preferred.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.

Are you an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting challenging repairs, and interacting directly with customers?
