Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Service Manager for the Springdale branch. The role directs the Mobile Maintenance Department and strives to meet growth and profit objectives while maintaining high customer service standards.

The position involves guiding staff, coordinating with parts and sales teams, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A CDL is preferred, with at least four years in related roles and strong leadership and supervision capabilities.

Qualifications

• CDL is preferred.
• Minimum of four years' experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

• Must have strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Mobile Maintenance Department.
• Plan, direct and control activities to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Hire, train and develop mobile maintenance personnel; ensure staffing levels.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager and outside sales to promote labor sales.
• Ensure safety compliance and DOT requirements; promote safe work habits.
