Responsibilities

• Pick up customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
• Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers safely and on time.
• Shuttle customers to and from their homes or workplaces.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
• Perform vehicle condition checks before and after transport.
• Utilize recap software to check in vehicles.
• Maintain professionalism when operating customer vehicles.
• Assist with occasional parts runs for Service and Parts departments.
• Support Mobile Service operations and routing throughout the day.
• Drive primarily local routes.
