GYMGUYZ delivers fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering in-home and on-site training with no wall constraints. You coach clients with flexible terms, leveraging mobile apps for planning, reassessment, and progress tracking.

The role emphasizes autonomy, growth, and nationwide support from fitness professionals. Compensation ranges from $35 to $50 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities, with a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
• A passion for helping people
• Highly motivated
• Organized
• Continual learning is a must
