Job summary

GYMGUYZ is expanding its mobile personal training team. You’ll deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site sessions, craft personalized programs via our app, and perform reassessments to track progress. You’ll manage a flexible schedule and travel between client sites as needed.

We offer paid onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Join a nationwide network that supports your fitness career and personal development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
