Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for Mobile Technicians seeking career advancement to become Advanced Diesel Technicians. Our core focus is developing great people, delivering excellent client service, and building a strong company.

The Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks daily. It is essential that the PM Technician executes their schedule efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner, meeting client needs while adhering to Managed Mobile's safety standards. This is a client-facing role with significant interaction with diverse groups. The PM Technician must ensure all units are safe, compliant, and reliable for our clients.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Perform A-PMs and B-PMs
• Conduct computer diagnostics and replace parts
• Perform BIT and DOT inspections
• Conduct PMs on trailers and perform minor repairs as needed
• Perform PMs on various diesel engines, including Class 6-8 engines
• Utilize computer diagnostics tools

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• At least 2 years of Mobile Technician experience
• Experience with computer diagnostics
• Some electrical experience
• Ability to have flexible daily start times, Monday through Friday
• At least 2 years of diesel repair experience
• At least 1 year of DOT and BIT inspections experience
• Knowledge of CVSA out-of-service criteria
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT:

• Trailer repair experience
• Over 2 years of Class 6-8 diesel engine work
• Experience with DOT/BIT inspections
• Welding skills

Pay Range

USD $30.00 - USD $38.00 per hour
